Trust foundation

From a contribution of 50,000 euros, it is possible to set up a trust foundation in your name or in the name of a valued person. The trust foundation enables the donor to set up their own foundation without much effort.

Each individually established trust foundation is under the umbrella of the Balthasar Children's and Youth Hospice Foundation.

The special feature of this type of foundation is that the Balthasar Children's and Youth Hospice Foundation remains the trustee and administrator of your foundation. You transfer the assets intended for the foundation to the ownership of the trustee.

In return, as a state-recognised trustee, we undertake to manage your assets separately from other contributions as special assets and to permanently fulfil the purpose of the trust foundation.

The purpose of the income generated should always be in line with the statutes of the Balthasar Children's and Youth Hospice Foundation - namely the long-term support and promotion of terminally ill children and young people.

As a fiduciary founder, you have the right to transparent and well-founded management and monitoring of your foundation assets. Thanks to separate accounting, which is regularly audited by an independent business institute, you receive a regular overview of the assets managed in trust.

Incidentally, we can set up your personal trust foundation under the umbrella of the Balthasar Children's and Youth Hospice Foundation without any bureaucratic hurdles and in a relatively short time. Legitimisation is only required via the tax office.
