It is not easy to come to terms with the subject of death. If you have no relatives to whom the rules of intestate succession apply, the state will inherit your estate upon your death. However, anyone wishing to do a good deed for future generations through their last will and testament should set this out in a will in good time. This is particularly important if all or part of your estate is to be allocated to a charitable cause.
The Balthasar Children’s and Youth Hospice Foundation does not pay inheritance tax on endowments and trust foundations established through a testamentary disposition, meaning 100% of your legacy will benefit the children and families.
You can find further information in the Balthasar Children’s and Youth Hospice Foundation brochure, or please feel free to contact us.
We have compiled some information on the subject of ‘wills’ in our short guide to making a will. It is intended to give you an initial insight.
